1. Who we are

This website, kunoozfarms.com, is operated by RAWA Enterprises, trading as Kunooz Farms India, SAFAH Eminence, Plot No. 299, Road No. 14, GS Nagar, Nandi Nagar, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034, India. GSTIN 36ABKFR4767N1ZB. FSSAI License No. 13625999000563. We, us, and our refer to that entity; you means the person browsing or buying.

2. Using this site

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or ordering under the supervision of someone who is, and that the delivery and contact details you provide are accurate.

3. Products

Our honey, ghee, oils, spices, and staples are natural, minimally processed foods. Colour, texture, aroma, and crystallization vary from batch to batch and season to season; this is normal for unprocessed products and is not a defect. Product images are representative; the jar you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

4. Sourcing

We source from beekeepers, farmers, and suppliers across India and, for certain honeys, from outside India. Country of origin is stated on the product label where applicable.

5. Health notice

Our products are foods, not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to prevent, treat, or cure any condition. Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months of age. If you have allergies including pollen or nut allergies, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, read the label and consult your doctor before use.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payment is collected at checkout through Razorpay covering UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and where available, cash on delivery. We may change prices at any time; the price at the moment you place your order applies.

7. Order acceptance and errors

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund. If a product was listed at a clearly erroneous price, we will contact you with the correct price before charging or shipping anything further.

8. Shipping, refunds, cancellations

9. Bulk and gifting orders

Corporate hampers, wedding return gifts, and festival boxes are made to order and quoted separately. Enquire through the contact page or on WhatsApp; bulk orders may have their own timelines and payment terms confirmed in writing.

10. Content and trademarks

Everything on this site, including text, photographs, label designs, and the Kunooz Farms name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Do not reuse it commercially without written permission.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
