Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?

Yes, we deliver across India. Within Hyderabad, delivery is free on orders above Rs 3,000. Outside Hyderabad, delivery is charged at actual courier cost for your order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available at checkout alongside UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.

How do I track my order?

You get the courier name and tracking number by email as soon as we dispatch. Tracking links can take a few hours to activate.

Are your products authentic?

Our honey is raw and unprocessed: not blended, not heat-treated, and never topped up with syrup. We buy in small quantities directly from beekeepers, farmers and trusted suppliers at origin, and pack in glass so you can see exactly what you are getting.

Where does your honey come from?

From forests, orchards and flowering belts across India, including Himachal, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, the Eastern and Western Ghats, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. A few of our honeys are sourced from Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Kyrgyzstan and Egypt. The origin is on the label.

Why has my honey crystallized or separated?

Because it is real. Raw honey crystallizes naturally, faster in winter and for certain floral sources. Stand the jar in warm, not boiling, water and it returns to liquid. Never microwave it.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Opened food jars cannot be returned and we do not offer change-of-mind returns. Damaged, leaking, wrong, or expired items are replaced or refunded in full if you report them within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Is your honey safe for babies?

Honey should never be given to infants under 12 months of age. This is standard medical guidance for all honey, including ours.

How should I store honey and ghee?

Cool, dry, away from direct sunlight, lids tight. Use a dry spoon. Neither needs refrigeration; refrigerating honey speeds up crystallization.

Do you take bulk, corporate, or wedding orders?

Yes, and they are our favourite kind of order. Gift boxes are made to order: choose 3, 5, 7, 9 or 11 honey samples in the box style you like, or mix in dry fruits, spices and coffee. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70755 71372 or send an enquiry through the contact page with quantities and your date.
