Where we deliver

We deliver across India.

Delivery charges

Within Hyderabad, delivery is free on orders above Rs 3,000. For the rest of India, delivery is charged at the actual courier cost for your order and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of your order and payment being confirmed.

Delivery time

After dispatch your parcel travels with Shiprocket, and the time it takes depends on how far you are from Hyderabad. Your tracking link will show the courier's own estimate for your address. If your order has not arrived within that window, write to us and we will chase it.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email, and an SMS if you gave us a number, with the courier name and tracking number. Tracking links can take a few hours to go live after dispatch.

Packaging

Honey and ghee travel in glass. Every jar is bubble-wrapped, sealed and boxed to survive Indian courier handling. If a jar still arrives damaged or leaking, do not throw it away: photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or the phone was unreachable, we will contact you to reship. A second delivery attempt may carry an extra shipping charge.
