Our honey comes from wherever the bees do it best: the forests of Himachal, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana, the orchards of Kashmir and Punjab, the scrublands of Rajasthan, the Eastern and Western Ghats, and the flowering belts of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Some of it travels further still, from the Sidr valleys of Yemen and Saudi Arabia, the high meadows of Kyrgyzstan, and the Nile delta of Egypt.
We are a sourcing business, not a factory. We buy from beekeepers, farmers and trusted suppliers who work the way we would, in small quantities and at the right season. Our honey is raw and unprocessed: not blended down, not heat-treated, not topped up with syrup. It crystallizes in winter because real honey does.
Alongside the honey we bring in Kashmiri saffron, walnuts and almonds, cold-pressed oils, slow-made ghee, and mountain spices, each from the place that grows it best rather than the place that grows it cheapest. Then we pack it in glass, label it honestly, and send it out of Hyderabad.
